This shows the complete process, step by step, making a really small Organic bubble filtered plunge pool. I am constantly amazed how pretty this pool has become and by the consistent clarity of the water. The total pool area is approx 2.2 x 3.2 m and 0.8m deep. A sauna and a cold water plunge is such an exhilarating winter delight you will only know the true euphoria once you have tried it for yourself and experienced the Scandinavian invigoration without going to Sweden. I made a sauna from old fence panels to replace my lovely sauna that burnt down.

Just WOW👌 these kids have theee coolest grandpa
IM STARTING THIS IN MEXICO!!!!
Not swinging a pickaxe right is how your hurt your back and get tired quicker. My husband and I pickaxed 12,000 sq ft for a garden. If you want to move soil use the flat end, not the pick. You’ll get no where with the pick. It’s a pick after all.
Holy bacteria batman
Wow how cool :)
The biological filtration for drinking water is one of the oldest ways of water purification. You add oxigen to feed the bacteria and oxidise what can be oxidised and that is it. It efectively removes amonia, iron, manganese, color and turbidity, but what is happening with microbiology. Water from biological filtration is not sanitised so full of bacteria. Bacteria from the fillter is mostly not the problem but the potential of growing more dangerous organisms in not sanitised recirculated water.
All i can think is about rotifers and diatoms on it 😮
Good thing that hole didn't collapse
Me seeing the thumbnail, "ooh I can do this!" Me after clicking on video, "ok maybe not...." 😅
I just think "Mosquitoes".
It's gorgeous - I'm jealous, but also disappointed, because I thought "natural, organic" would mean you'd thought of a good way to do it without burying a massive sheet of plastic under it all.
Wow, this is a very clever and easy to use idea. Thank you for all your work.
How do you prevent harmful bacteria from building up during warmer seasons?
This is absolutely amazing! What a beautiful example of creating an environment where humans and natural elements coexist! And this could be in any backyard. Thanks for sharing.
A man and his pool is a love story as old as time. That is an amazing pool and great outcome.
Great way to catch parasites.
10 men are required Or A woman with a stick 😂😂😂
Interesting that nature actually benefits... Almost like climatic changes may be natural, and predictable.
An amazing project. Thank you for sharing your experience.
I wish i could make One Could you support technicaly Thank u
How do you keep snakes out?
Dịch văn bản bằng camera Very cool, I also want to build one like that. Can you help share your full design? Thank you for your video
My dad built us a big pond on our property in Montana...I spent many splendid sommers swimming and fishing
So what happened to Frans pool, did you fix it?
Hi sir! Im from southern part of India . I want to create a creek around the pool or alongside its length. Would this be a good and substantial alternative to your air lifting system? For Floating islands also i want to incorporate letuce etc for kitchen with out using fertlizers . Please correct me if I’m mistaken
That's amazing!
May the mosquito apocalypse be upon you
What about Naegleria fowleri - the brain eating amoeba?
Just wrote it down on my bucket list. Thanks
That is SO cool, but wow, I don't think I could put so much time and effort into it myself.
Thanks so much for this!! I was able to lift a continuous flow of water (with your enhanced airlift pump principle) from a depth of about 1.30m to 60cm above the water level. I had to use a 32mm pipe and its pumping 5 liters a minute. QUESTION:) the water is moving between two tanks, a mini swimming tank (about 1000 liters) and a regeneration tank (about 500 liters). I am using an 60 min/L airpump. How much should i let it run and at what frequency to keep it all healthy and minimize pump use?? THANKS:)) (ps the two tanks had to be installed on a diffent level hence the extreme lifting of the water)
Pool of pestilence
Great design and implementation. But saying that whomever had 25 friends just eagerly to help on a pool for a couple of people is an understatement.
Hello I’m thinking of building one myself and was told by one of the pool builder companies that no matter what after a while the EDM plastic material will tear and have holes and leak is that true? 🙏🙏🙏
If water get over 30 degrees then Amoeba deadly disease is a thing to think about
what a gifted and funny guy. really well done.
there is nothing natural about it
Wow really great video. I love the whole concept
Where can I buy the Olive? Where can I get the diy dvd guide? Your store only has tee shirts Btw, congrats!
organic pool? lol you mean a pond?
Water is life. Take care of it.
Can we have different pools on a 5 acres plot?
So basically we can just use plants and no pumps?😮 I wonder if mosquitoes will pay eggs in the clean tank if the water is still
Lovely for all. No mosquitoes since other species will eat them all.
If you wanted to make the swimming area deeper, how deep could you make it?
Please put the is man on tv. Gardeners world and wildlife watch and BBC and Channel 4. He’s too good for just UA-cam.
Please get this man on Gardeners world. He’s great for tv. He’s dry and informative and witty and practical. Gardeners world needs a bit of a wider net to get people interested in nature and wildlife etc and someone like this man could do a regular slot if he wanted.
How much in total cost to build the pool (power cost not count)?
You could of done the same thing without the concrete and blocks. Just build a pond. .dig. layer the sheath. And add rocks and soil and water and boom. Alot easier
I feel like this could of been done alot easier but still good job. Very cool
